生物反馈联合帕罗西汀治疗焦虑症的效果及对IL—17的影响(1)

     【摘要】 目的:探討生物反馈联合帕罗西汀治疗焦虑症的效果,以及其对患者血清白介素-17(IL-17)的影响。方法:选取2016年8月-2017年12月在本院接受治疗的86例焦虑症患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和联合组,各43例。两组均给予帕罗西汀治疗,联合组同时给予脑电生物反馈治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后血清IL-17水平变化情况。结果:治疗6周末时,联合组治疗总有效率为95.3%,明显高于对照组的74.4%,差异有统计学意义(字2=7.340,P=0.007)。治疗4、6周末时,两组患者的HAMA评分、血清IL-17水平均明显低于治疗前,且联合组均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈联合帕罗西汀治疗焦虑症的效果要优于单独应用帕罗西汀的效果,该种联合治疗方式起效快,抗焦虑效应显著,值得临床推广应用。此外,血清IL-17水平与患者焦虑情绪的产生和程度有关,对血清IL-17水平的监测可为焦虑症病情的判断和治疗提供依据。

    Effect of Biofeedback Combined with Paroxetine in the Treatment of Anxiety Disorder and Its Effect on IL-17/SHI Qiao.//Medical Innovation of China,2018,15(17):-110

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of biofeedback combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of anxiety disorder and its effect on serum interleukin-17(IL-17).Method:A total of 86 patients with anxiety disorder treated in our hospital from August 2016 to December 2017 were selected,according to the random table method,they were divided into the control group and combined group,43 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with Paroxetine,the combined group was given electroencephalogram biofeedback therapy.The effect of treatment and the changes of serum IL-17 levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:At the end of 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was 95.3%,which was significantly higher than 74.4% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(字2=7.340,P=0.007).At the end of 4 and 6 weeks of treatment,the HAMA scores and serum IL-17 levels of the two groups were significantly decreased than those before treatment,and the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of biofeedback combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of anxiety disorder is better than that of Paroxetine alone,the combined treatment has a rapid effect and a significant anti-anxiety effect,so it is worthy of clinical application.In addition,the level of serum IL-17 is related to the occurrence and degree of anxiety,the monitoring of serum IL-17 level can provide the basis for the judgement and treatment of anxiety disorder.
